I cover budgeting, grocery savings, no-spend challenges, frugal living and debt payoff methods: how the snowball and avalanche approaches work, and the arithmetic of a payoff plan. I explain methods and show the math; I don't give personal debt advice, and I don't cover investing, tax, credit cards, loans or insurance.
