Affiliate Disclosure

Last updated: June 19, 2026

In the interest of full transparency and in compliance with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines, we want you to understand how BudgetCalm earns revenue.

BudgetCalm participates in affiliate programs. We earn commissions when you click our links and make purchases, at no extra cost to you. We do not display third-party advertising.

How Affiliate Links Work

Some of the links on our site are affiliate links. If you click one of these links and make a purchase, we may receive a small commission from the merchant. This commission comes out of the merchant's margin and never increases the price you pay. These commissions help us keep the site running and our guides free to read.

Advertising

We run no advertising network. Affiliate links are the only commercial relationship on this site, and every one of them is labelled.

Where you will see a disclosure

Any page that carries an affiliate link shows a disclosure above the first such link, and each individual link is labelled where it appears. Ordinary references — a government page, a company's own pricing page, a statistic's source — are not affiliate links and are not marked as such.

When an offer stops being worth recommending

Offers are managed centrally rather than pasted into individual articles, so one that expires or stops being something we would recommend can be switched off everywhere at once. When that happens the link is removed rather than left in place for the revenue, and the surrounding guidance stays.

Our Promise

We only recommend products and services we genuinely believe can help our readers. Our opinions are our own and are never influenced by whether a product has an affiliate program. The presence of an affiliate link does not affect the honesty of our recommendations.
